My queen room and bed were exceptionally comfortable. Variety of supplies in the room: central heating, an iron and a work desk. The location was peaceful, for example, Books was not too far from the hotel. The check-in was early and the staff was kind.

I stayed for 8 nights in a Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking. Good breakfast each morning and a quiet room. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping was on top of things. It was also great to have some clothing mailed back that I forgot in the room. Very good value for money!

While I was having a shower, I look arround and I can see lot of dirt, the shower area look like it wasn't deep cleaned for a while, the whole washroom is dingy and rusty, I wasn't impressed by the whole room it's old and not so clean.

The hotel perfectly blended comfort and practicality. The location was fantastic, with a variety of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and public transportation was easy, so I could explore without hassle!

Please fix the vending machenes or have bottled water available in all rooms also staff needs anew lesson on cleaning bathrooms other peoples hair on the back of the toilet isn't appealing

I loved how spacious and clean my room was , and being just a short walk from local gems like Mill Pond Park and various restaurants made it so easy to explore the area on foot.

Hotel was neat and clean. i was amazed at the variety of the continental breakfast as I expected only coffee and muffins.

Coffee maker did not work but, not really important as the continental breakfast more than made up for it.
